Dušan Borković has been involved in a post-race fight with members of the PCR Sport team, with video footage emerging of the Serbian driver punching title rival Mikel Azcona’s uncle.
TouringCars.Net understands that Borković went to the Autodis Racing by THX garage to protest with Benjamin Lessennes, who was taken to hospital as a precaution after a separate incident, when the two came together at the first chicane on the opening lap.
Whilst Borković was remonstrating with the team, it is understood that Azcona went over to query a separate incident between himself and Borković, at which point tensions flared and Borković was filmed punching, and connecting with, Azcona’s uncle.
Borković stormed off after the incident, leaving his pregnant wife and Manager Andrijana to go to the stewards to give an account of the clash.
Video footage passed on to TouringCarTimes journalist Pietro Casillo captured the incident.

The incident has been reported to the Portuguese FPAK – Federação Portuguesa de Automobilismo e Karting, as this is the body which oversees the issue in TCR Europe.
