Halfords Yuasa Racing’s Dan Cammish has been handed a 30-second time penalty after the stewards deemed him to make a false start in race one of the British Touring Car Championship at Brands Hatch.
Team Dynamics are appealing the decision, which is currently being heard.
If the penalty stands, the result would drop the mutiple Porsche Carrera Cup GB champion down to 23rd, promoting teammate Matt Neal to victory.
