Brands Hatch has been confirmed as the venue for the season launch of the 2023 British Touring Car Championship in April.
The season launch – comprising an early morning of media activities followed by six hours of official testing – will take place on Wednesday 12 April around the Brands Hatch Indy circuit.
Attendance will be free for any spectators wishing to attend. The paddock behind the pitlane will also be open to the general public throughout the day.
Testing will get underway at 10:00 in the morning, with two three-hour sessions planned. In between the sessions a lunch break will allow spectators to take part in a pitlane walkabout session to meet the drivers and teams.
Gates to the public will open at 10:00 and MotorSport Vision will also offer food and drinks at some of its catering outlets, including the Kentagon.
