The latest TCR Balance of Performance [BoP] update has given the Lynk & Co 03 an additional 10 kg of weight, but also an increase in engine power from 97.5% to 100%.
The car – which is only running in the FIA World Touring Car Cup – struggled for pace last time out at the Slovakiaring, where the Cyan Racing team could only eke out four points finishes from all four of its cars in three races.
The car also failed to finish in the top ten all weekend, and it has now been given some new BoP parameters to work with ahead of the next round of the championship this weekend in The Netherlands.
The new running weight of the Chinese car will be 1,365 kg.
The latest technical bulletin issued by WSC Group also increased the car’s turbocharger boost pressure with respect to all the different ranges of engine revs.
The other car to receive a change was the Renault Mégane RS which was given a minor increase in boost pressure.
