Harald Proczyk has lost his pole position for the opening ADAC TCR Germany race of the season, with the Austrian being penalised three grid positions for speeding during a red flag period in qualifying.
The penalty gives Hyundai Team Engstler’s Max Hesse the pole position for Saturday afternoon’s first race, with Honda’s Mike Halder now starting alongside the young German.
Dominik Fugel also moves up to third in his ADAC Sachsen Honda, leaving reigning champion Proczyk to start the race from fourth.
The starting order further down the grid remains unchanged for the first race at 15:25 CEST (14:25 BST).
