Alex MacDowall was the fastest driver in this morning’s official BTCC test at Snetterton, setting a time of 1:11.958 to beat Paul O’Neill by a mere 0.013 seconds. At a hot and sunny Snetterton, 16 drivers took to the circuit during the 3 hour session.

This afternoon’s session was hit by a heavy downpour early on, meaning few drivers took to the circuit initially. However as conditions improved and dried out, more drivers took to the circuit. By the mid point of the session the track was completely dry again due to the hot and steamy conditions.
