United Autosports have suspended Scottish driver Glynn Geddie after the 24 year old was arrested for drink driving in his town home of Aberdeen.
The Toyota Avensis driver, who made his debut in the British Touring Car Championship with United Autosports at the start of the season has taken a best result of 12th, at Oulton Park and Snetterton.
The alleged offence is said to have happened on the 19th August, the week leading to his home round of the Championship at Knockhill and he has denied the allegation.
A not guilty plee has been put in with a pre trial set for February with a trial date set for March.
United Autosports are looking for a replacement driver to fill the vacant number 21 car for the final two weekends of the 2014 campaign, with the first taking place at Silverstone over the 27/28 September with the finale at Brands Hatch Grand Prix circuit over the 11/12th October.
