Bradley Hutchison confirms TCR UK return in 2025

Bradley Hutchison is the latest name to commit to a return to the TCR UK grid for 2025, with last year’s runner-up continuing in a CUPRA Leon Competición TCR.

Hutchison, 26, will be entering into his fourth consecutive season of racing in TCR UK, and the Yorkshire racer has his sights set firmly on the title.

Having joined the series in a first-generation Audi RS3 LMS TCR in 2022, Hutchison switched to a CUPRA at the end of 2023, a car which he continued in for 2024.

That switch brought a first TCR UK win at Snetterton in only the second meeting of 2024, and Hutchison went on to record another two wins, both at Silverstone, on his way to finishing as the runner-up last year, recording an impressive 14 podium finishes out of 20 races.

Hutchison will continue to race for the Bond It-backed MPHR team run by his father Martin.

“We’re proud to be back in TCR UK for our fourth season and hoping to continue where we left off at Silverstone with the last win of the year,” said Hutchison. “We’ve had incredible support from our sponsors and we look forward to another exciting season in 2025.

“Having gotten to grips with the CUPRA Leon Competición TCR last year and taking three wins, I’m excited to go racing again, and this time, I want to go one better than last year.

“We’ve shown that we can race with the best teams and drivers in the championship, so I’m aiming to add the biggest trophy on offer to the cabinet by the end of the year.”

TCR UK Promoter Stewart Lines was pleased to see Hutchison continuing in the category in 2025.

“It’s great to see Brad, Martin and the team make their return to TCR UK for 2025,” added Lines. “Since they joined the championship back in 2022, Brad and the team have made big strides each year, and 2024 was no exception.

“Brad took the first wins of his touring car career, and as part of a family-run team, this is testimony to the hard work that they all put in. I look forward to seeing Brad fighting at the front this year.”
