TOCA has confirmed that a capacity 32-car entry has been submitted for the 60th anniversary season of the British Touring Car Championship in 2018, after the deadline to submit entries passed at the end of November.
The deadlines for entries had been set at the end of November, and TOCA has now confirmed yet another full grid for the following season – the third year in a row that such an entry has been received.
All 30 TOCA BTCC Licences [TBLs] have been used, whilst TOCA retains a further two permanent licences. These two ‘extra’ licences have also been allocated for next season.
The official entry list will be revealed at the BTCC Season Launch event on 27 March 2018 at Donington Park. Teams will make their own announcements in due course.
The 2018 BTCC season kicks off at Brands Hatch on 7 – 8 April 2018.
