Motorbase Performance’s Mat Jackson secured pole position for the second British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) race at Knockhill, posting the fastest lap in race one, having led for the majority of the race.
Honda’s Gordon Shedden will line up alongside on the front row of the grid, whilst championship leader Jason Plato managed ninth after sacrificing a result in the first race in order to secure a better grid position for race two.
